Important Stuff for Participants to Know:

1. No outside food or alcohol permitted.
2. Participants are responsible for bringing any/all needed supplies, including tents, tables, chairs, handouts, decorations, etc..  
3. If you request a space with electricity, please bring a 100' extension cord.
4. Setup must be complete by 10:30 AM.  Breakdown can begin at 4 PM.
