The Inter-Krewe Council's (IKC for short) main purpose is to foster a spirit of cooperation and camaraderie among the member krewes and to provide a forum for information about area parades and other krewe-related activities.

Krewe of Venus

Bonney-Read Krewe, The

The Bonney-Read Krewe is an all-female krewe that was formed in 1994 and began participating in the Gasparilla and Sant'Yago Knight parades in 1995. It evolved from the Hyde Park Women's Club and is served by a men's auxiliary of husbands and significant others, suitably named "Grogmasters." The founders of the Hyde Park Women's Club and the Krewe are Camille Matthews, Carol Ferguson, and Linda Will.

TSL Treasure Photo Scavenger Hunt

This will be the "pre-game" for the Thieves of San Lorenzon's Heart Breaker Ball."  There will be more details to follow, but it will be in Safety Harbor's down town area.

Heart Breaker Ball

The theme of this year's Heart Breaker Ball is, Plunder, Pirate and Party!!!! We will be at the Safety Harbor Spa. The ball lis 6PM to 11PM.  The ticket price is $100 per person until June 5th and then it will go up to $110 on June 6th.   Attire:  Pirate costum, Krewe costum ore Krewe casual. Make a weekend of it, join in on Friday nights Treasure photo scavenger hunt!

Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Gymnastic National Championship

The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Gymnastic National Championship will take place between June 28 and July 1 at the Tampa Convention Center in downtown Tampa. As part of the celebration of this important athletic competition that will decide which athletes represent the USA in upcoming Olympic games, the City of Tampa has selected the Krewe of the Knights of Sant Yago to participate in the Opening Ceremonies. Along with guest Krewe's Les Belles Femmes and the Krewe of Alegria, an inside parade at the Great Hall of the convention center is planned for the athletes and spectators of the AAU Championships. This is a costumed event for the participating Krewe's, and all Krewe members are invited to attend as spectators in the event, which takes place on Friday, June 29th, from 6-7:30 pm at the Tampa Convention Center. Parking is available in the multiple parking garages and lots in and around the convention center (see link to parking: There will be an after party at the Sail Pavilion bar across from the convention center immediately after the inside parade. We hope to see our Krewe brothers and sisters there. Viva Sant Yago!
