Krewe Members Volunteer Sign-up for Tailgate

This year we need many to help put on this Krewe Invasion & Tailgate. This year we have FIVE Team Coordinators to help lead together in making this tailgate the BEST yet! All we need is YOU to volunteer!

The Two volunteer teams remaining that need volunteers for the following:

Team Potluck -  Lead Coordinator: Katrina Helm - Lords & Ladies

Need 8 volunteers for 30 minute shifts starting around 3:00 pm until 5:45 pm 

Some of the tasks will include: 

  • Setting up wireframes for hot foods. 
  • Coordinating the food coming and setting up the area.
  • Volunteers are helping and managing the area. Removing empty plates or platters.
  • Managing and maintaining the potluck area.
  • Policing the area to allow wristbands only to enter the food area. 


    Team Breakdown -  Lead Coordinator: Ramon Herrera Jr. - St. Brigit

    Need 10 people starting at 5:30 pm ish

    • Clearing off all the tables in the potluck area.
    • Wipe the tables, and Rough Riders will place them on their float when they are ready. 
    • Clearing off all the tables in the check-in area.
    • Wipe the tables, and Rough Riders will place them on their float when they are ready.
    • Take down all the Tents and assist in putting them away in their respective areas. 
    • Make sure the area is cleaned as much as possible.

    Team Check-in -  Lead Coordinator: Robin Herrera - St. Brigit - Filled, no more volunteers needed. 

      Team Boozey - Lead Coordinator: Eliza Dagger - KBR - Filled, no more volunteers needed.
